These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radiology Mastery website and learning platform ("the Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Radiology Mastery

Radiology Mastery provides educational resources for candidates preparing for FRCR examinations, including question banks, explanations, analytics, mock exams and related study tools.

Radiology Mastery provides educational resources only.

The Platform does not provide medical advice, clinical advice, professional certification, or guarantee examination success. Content is provided for learning and revision purposes.

Users remain responsible for their own clinical decisions and examination preparation.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years or over. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Educational purpose and disclaimer

All content, explanations, questions and materials are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for formal teaching, clinical supervision, official examination guidance or professional judgement.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Platform content is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that any content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every candidate or every examination sitting.

Medical knowledge, examination formats and curricula evolve over time. Users should exercise their own professional judgement and consult current professional guidance and official examination information where appropriate.

3. Exam readiness score and analytics

The Platform may provide an Exam Readiness Score, performance analytics, peer comparisons, study recommendations or similar educational metrics.

These features are intended solely to support your revision based on your activity within the Platform. They are estimates only and must not be interpreted as a prediction or guarantee that you will pass any examination or achieve any particular examination result.

Performance on the Platform may differ significantly from performance in formal examinations. Exam Readiness Scores and other analytics should not be interpreted as professional assessment, certification of competence or evidence of examination preparedness.

4. User accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorised access

Accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other individual.

You must take reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure and must not allow another person to access the Platform using your account. You remain responsible for activity carried out using your account unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Subscription access

Access to exam products may be provided through free trials, paid subscriptions or manually granted access.

Free trials are intended for new users unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or withdraw free trial offers where we reasonably believe they are being misused or repeatedly claimed.

Your entitlement to specific products (such as FRCR Physics or FRCR 2A) depends on your active plan or access status.

We may modify product features, content availability or access rules as the Platform develops, provided this does not remove paid access you have already purchased for the remainder of an active billing period except where required by law or these Terms.

6. Payments and billing

If paid subscriptions are introduced or expanded:

• Fees will be displayed before purchase
• Payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider
• Billing may recur automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the plan terms
• Taxes may apply where required by law

Recurring subscriptions will continue until cancelled. If you cancel a recurring subscription, your access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the cancellation process available within your account or by contacting support.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All Platform content, including questions, explanations, software, branding, logos, graphics, design, documentation and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Radiology Mastery unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own examination preparation.

You must not:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute or resell content
• Share account access with others
• Reproduce question banks or explanations commercially
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source data at scale
• Use automated tools to harvest content
• Use Platform content, including questions, explanations, analytics or other materials, to train, fine-tune, prompt engineer or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, datasets or models without our prior written permission.

9. Question bank usage

Question banks, explanations and learning materials are provided solely for your own personal study.

You must not publish, distribute or otherwise exploit Platform content outside your own revision without our prior written permission.

This restriction also applies to Platform-generated analytics, performance reports, study recommendations and personalised learning outputs, which are provided solely for your own educational use.

We may monitor reasonable usage patterns to identify misuse, account sharing or automated extraction of content.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Interfere with Platform security or performance
• Harass staff or other users
• Upload malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to bypass subscription, security or access controls

We may investigate breaches and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.

11. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, software updates, security measures, third-party service interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for temporary interruptions except where required by applicable law.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud service failures, cyber attacks, industrial disputes, natural disasters, pandemics or government action.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We exclude all warranties not required by applicable law
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, exam results, career opportunity or data loss
• Our total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or £100 if no fees were paid

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform or if required for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. On termination, your right to access the Platform ends, but provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will show when changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
